This recipe confused us! In our part of the world – south-central US – chorizo can mean a dry, cured sausage (Spanish) or an uncured variety (Mexican) which is available in bulk or as links. But this looked so delicious we had to try it! Since the sausages in the photo looked uncured, we went with the Mexican version, one 12 ounce bulk package. It was delicious! Thank you so much for the recipe, it’s a keeper.
